`DELETE /v1/products/{product_id}`

## Request

- `env_scope` 'production' | 'real_test' | 'sandbox', nullable: 환경을 고릅니다. 값은 production · real_test · sandbox 중 하나입니다. 경로 접두(/v1/sandbox/... · /v1/test/... · /v1/production/...) · X-Env-Scope 헤더 · env_scope 쿼리 가운데 한 통로로 반드시 보내야 합니다. 빼면 자동으로 채우지 않고 거절하며, 두 통로에 서로 다른 값을 담아도 거절합니다. 거절은 HTTP 422 이고 오류 코드는 VALIDATION_ENV_SCOPE_MISMATCH 입니다.

## Request body

- ProductDeleteRequest: `DELETE /v1/products/{product_id}` 요청 본문(선택). `reason` 단일 선택 필드. 본 DTO는 본문이 없을 때도 삭제 호출이 정상 동작하도록 모든 필드 Optional.
  - `reason` string, nullable: 삭제 사유. 감사로그 적재(`product.catalog.deleted`).

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- ProductDeleteResponse: `DELETE /v1/products/{product_id}` 응답 본문. `status` 는 변경되지 않는다 — soft delete 와 RETIRED 진입은 독립 차원이다.
  - `id` integer, required
  - `code` string, required
  - `status` 'DRAFT' | 'ACTIVE' | 'DEPRECATED' | 'RETIRED', required
  - `deleted_at` string, date-time, required: soft delete 시각(`deleted_at = now()`).
