# Get a payment challenge or submit payment and create an accountless crawl

`POST /api/v1/x402/crawl`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://xcatcher.top`
- URL: `https://xcatcher.top/api/v1/x402/crawl`
- Auth: one of:
  - none
  - API key in header `PAYMENT-SIGNATURE`

Without PAYMENT-SIGNATURE returns 402. With a valid x402 v2 exact EIP-3009 signature, settles once and returns task-scoped access.

- `mode` 'normal' | 'deep'

## Request body

- CrawlRequest
  - `users` string[], required
  - `mode` 'normal' | 'deep'
  - `idempotency_key` string: API-key path only. Reuse for retries of identical intent.

Payment settled and task created or recovered
