Live MCP transport (FastMCP Streamable HTTP, JSON responses, stateless). Call MCP initialize, notifications/initialized, tools/list and tools/call here. Tools x402_facilitator_verify and x402_facilitator_settle forward to the existing localhost /verify and /settle implementation. This is not GET /mcp (OpenAPI discovery JSON) and not /.well-known/mcp.json (static discovery document).
