  - `signer_name` string, required: Person granting the mandate
  - `signer_role` string, required: Their role, e.g. Managing Director
  - `representative_name` string, nullable: Company representative (defaults to signer)
  - `terms_version` string, required: Version shown to the signer (GET /einvoice/mandate-terms)
  - `terms_sha256` string, required: sha256 of the exact terms text shown
  - `accept` boolean, required: Must be true: the signer ticked the acceptance box
  - `authority_confirmed` boolean, required: Must be true: signer confirms they may bind the company
