# Retry job execution

`POST /v1/applications/jobs/{job_id}/retry`

## Request

Re-triggers the async execution of a single job previously created via the Async api and terminated in error.

## Path parameters

- `job_id` string, uuid, required

  - `id` string, uuid, required: The unique identifier for the async job created.
  - `status` 'in_progress' | 'failed' | 'completed', required: The status of the job.
  - `created_at` string, date-time, required: The timestamp when the job was created.
