# Download file

`GET /v1/files/{file_id}/download`

## Request

- URL: `https://api.writer.com/v1/files/{file_id}/download`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Download the binary content of a file. The response will contain the file data in the appropriate MIME type.

## Path parameters

- `file_id` string, required

## Response `200`

File download successful
