`GET /api/v1/external/test/api-usage-status`

Includes daily, monthly, and total usage metrics.

    - `monthlyUsage` integer: Number of API calls made this month
    - `totalUsage` integer: Total number of API calls made
    - `lastRequest` string, date-time: Timestamp of the last API request
    - `averageResponseTime` number: Average response time in milliseconds
