# GetTradeBarriers

`GET /api/trade/v1/get-trade-barriers`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.worldmonitor.app`

  - API key in header `X-WorldMonitor-Key`
  - API key in header `X-Api-Key`

Get SPS/TBT barrier notifications.

## Response `200`

OK

- WorldmonitorTradeV1GetTradeBarriersResponse: Response containing trade barrier notifications.
  - `barriers` WorldmonitorTradeV1TradeBarrier[]
    - `id` string: Unique barrier notification identifier.
    - `notifyingCountry` string: Country that notified the measure.
    - `title` string: Title of the notification.
    - `measureType` string: Measure classification: "SPS" or "TBT".
    - `productDescription` string: Product description or affected goods.
    - `objective` string: Stated objective of the measure.
    - `status` string: Status of the notification.
    - `dateDistributed` string: ISO 8601 date when notification was distributed.
    - `sourceUrl` string: WTO source document URL (must be http/https protocol).
  - `fetchedAt` string: ISO 8601 timestamp when data was fetched from WTO.
  - `upstreamUnavailable` boolean: True if upstream fetch failed and results may be stale/empty.

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation error
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `403`: API access requires an active subscription (the API key's subscription is inactive or expired).
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded.
- `503`: Service unavailable. Billing-verification responses include code and X-Billing-Verification; other gateway infrastructure failures use the generic GatewayError shape.
- `default`: Gateway or handler error response.
