# GetShippingStress

`GET /api/supply-chain/v1/get-shipping-stress`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.worldmonitor.app`

- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-WorldMonitor-Key`
  - API key in header `X-Api-Key`

GetShippingStress returns carrier market data and a composite stress index.

    - `symbol` string: Ticker or identifier (e.g., "BDRY", "ZIM").
    - `name` string: Human-readable name.
    - `price` number, double: Current price.
    - `changePct` number, double: Percentage change from previous close.
    - `carrierType` string: Carrier type: "etf" | "carrier" | "index".
    - `sparkline` number[]
  - `stressScore` number, double: Composite stress score 0–100 (higher = more disruption).
  - `stressLevel` string: "low" | "moderate" | "elevated" | "critical".
  - `fetchedAt` integer: Warning: Values > 2^53 may lose precision in JavaScript
  - `upstreamUnavailable` boolean: Set to true when upstream data source is unavailable and cached data is stale.

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation error
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `403`: API access requires an active subscription (the API key's subscription is inactive or expired).
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded.
- `503`: Service unavailable. Billing-verification responses include code and X-Billing-Verification; other gateway infrastructure failures use the generic GatewayError shape.
- `default`: Gateway or handler error response.
