`GET /api/intelligence/v1/get-pizzint-status`

## Request

GetPizzintStatus retrieves Pentagon Pizza Index and GDELT tension data.

- WorldmonitorIntelligenceV1GetPizzintStatusResponse: GetPizzintStatusResponse contains Pentagon Pizza Index and GDELT tension data.
  - `pizzint` WorldmonitorIntelligenceV1PizzintStatus: PizzintStatus represents the Pentagon Pizza Index status (proxy for late-night DC activity).
    - `defconLevel` integer: DEFCON-style level (1-5).
    - `defconLabel` string: Human-readable DEFCON label.
    - `aggregateActivity` number, double: Aggregate activity score.
    - `activeSpikes` integer: Number of active spike locations.
    - `locationsMonitored` integer: Total monitored locations.
    - `locationsOpen` integer: Currently open locations.
    - `updatedAt` integer: Warning: Values > 2^53 may lose precision in JavaScript
    - `dataFreshness` 'DATA_FRESHNESS_UNSPECIFIED' | 'DATA_FRESHNESS_FRESH' | 'DATA_FRESHNESS_STALE': DataFreshness represents how current the data is.
    - `locations` WorldmonitorIntelligenceV1PizzintLocation[]
      - `placeId` string: Google Places ID.
      - `name` string: Location name.
      - `address` string: Street address.
      - `currentPopularity` integer: Live busyness (0-200+).
      - `percentageOfUsual` integer: Percent of usual; see has_baseline (JSON: hasBaseline).
      - `isSpike` boolean: Sustained anomaly.
      - `spikeMagnitude` number, double: Confirmed excess busyness; otherwise zero.
      - `dataSource` string: Data provider.
      - `recordedAt` string: ISO 8601 observation time.
      - `dataFreshness` DataFreshness (unresolved $ref)
      - `isClosedNow` boolean: Venue is closed.
      - `lat` number, double: Latitude.
      - `lng` number, double: Longitude.
      - `noLiveSignal` boolean: Live signal is missing.
      - `hasBaseline` boolean: Hourly baseline is known.
  - `tensionPairs` WorldmonitorIntelligenceV1GdeltTensionPair[]
    - `id` string: Pair identifier.
    - `countries` string[]
    - `label` string: Human-readable label (e.g., "US-China").
    - `score` number, double: Tension score (0-100).
    - `trend` Trend (unresolved $ref)
    - `changePercent` number, double: Percentage change from previous period.
    - `region` string: Geographic region.

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation error
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `403`: API access requires an active subscription (the API key's subscription is inactive or expired).
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded.
- `503`: Service unavailable. Billing-verification responses include code and X-Billing-Verification; other gateway infrastructure failures use the generic GatewayError shape.
- `default`: Gateway or handler error response.
