`GET /api/intelligence/v1/get-country-intel-brief`

## Request

GetCountryIntelBrief generates a strategic brief for a specific country. PRO-gated. Requires entitlement tier >= 1.

- WorldmonitorIntelligenceV1GetCountryIntelBriefResponse: GetCountryIntelBriefResponse contains an AI-generated intelligence brief for a country.
  - `countryCode` string: ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code.
  - `countryName` string: Country name.
  - `brief` string: AI-generated intelligence brief text.
  - `model` string: AI model used for generation.
  - `generatedAt` integer: Warning: Values > 2^53 may lose precision in JavaScript
  - `sources` WorldmonitorIntelligenceV1BriefSource[]
    - `title` string: Source article headline.
    - `source` string: Source outlet or feed label.
    - `url` string: Absolute http(s) source article URL.
    - `publishedAt` string: Article publication time, when available.
  - `evidence` WorldmonitorIntelligenceV1BriefEvidence[]
    - `id` string
    - `kind` string
    - `label` string
    - `value` string
    - `factText` string
    - `asOf` string

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation error
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `403`: PRO entitlement access denied.
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded.
- `503`: Service unavailable. Billing-verification responses include code and X-Billing-Verification; other gateway infrastructure failures use the generic GatewayError shape.
- `default`: Gateway or handler error response.
