`GET /api/intelligence/v1/classify-event`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.worldmonitor.app`
- URL: `https://api.worldmonitor.app/api/intelligence/v1/classify-event`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-WorldMonitor-Key`
  - API key in header `X-Api-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

ClassifyEvent analyzes a news event using AI models. PRO-gated. Requires entitlement tier >= 1.

- `title` string, required
- `description` string
- `source` string
- `country` string
- `jmespath` string

## Response `200`

OK

- WorldmonitorIntelligenceV1ClassifyEventResponse: ClassifyEventResponse contains the AI-generated event classification.
  - `classification` WorldmonitorIntelligenceV1EventClassification: EventClassification represents an AI-generated classification of a real-world event.
    - `category` string: Event category (e.g., "military", "economic", "social").
    - `subcategory` string: Event subcategory.
    - `severity` WM46 (unresolved $ref)
    - `confidence` number, double: Classification confidence (0.0 to 1.0).
    - `analysis` string: Brief AI-generated analysis.
    - `entities` string[]

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation error
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `403`: PRO entitlement access denied.
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded.
- `503`: Service unavailable. Billing-verification responses include code and X-Billing-Verification; other gateway infrastructure failures use the generic GatewayError shape.
- `default`: Gateway or handler error response.
