`GET /api/economic/v1/get-macro-signals`

## Request

- Auth: one of:

Review seven macro signals with bullish counts and BUY, CASH or UNKNOWN verdicts; unavailable cached data returns UNKNOWN to keep missing evidence explicit.

  - `bullishCount` integer: Number of bullish signals.
  - `totalCount` integer: Total number of evaluated signals (excluding UNKNOWN).
  - `signals` WorldmonitorEconomicV1MacroSignals: MacroSignals contains all 7 individual signal computations.
    - `liquidity` WorldmonitorEconomicV1LiquiditySignal: LiquiditySignal tracks JPY 30d rate of change as a liquidity proxy.
      - `status` string: "SQUEEZE", "NORMAL", or "UNKNOWN".
      - `value` number, double: JPY 30d ROC percentage, absent if unavailable.
      - `sparkline` number[]
    - `flowStructure` WorldmonitorEconomicV1FlowStructureSignal: FlowStructureSignal compares BTC vs QQQ 5-day returns.

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation error
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `403`: API access requires an active subscription (the API key's subscription is inactive or expired).
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded.
- `503`: Service unavailable. Billing-verification responses include code and X-Billing-Verification; other gateway infrastructure failures use the generic GatewayError shape.
- `default`: Gateway or handler error response.
