`GET /api/economic/v1/get-fred-series`

## Request

Retrieve a Federal Reserve Economic Data series by ID, with an observation limit, dated values, title, units and frequency for economic time-series analysis.

  - `series` WorldmonitorEconomicV1FredSeries: FredSeries represents a FRED time series with metadata.
    - `seriesId` string, required: Series identifier (e.g., "GDP", "UNRATE", "CPIAUCSL").
    - `title` string: Series title.
    - `units` string: Unit of measurement.
    - `frequency` string: Data frequency (e.g., "Monthly", "Quarterly").
    - `observations` WorldmonitorEconomicV1FredObservation[]
      - `date` string: Observation date as YYYY-MM-DD string.
      - `value` number, double: Observation value.

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation error
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `403`: API access requires an active subscription (the API key's subscription is inactive or expired).
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded.
- `503`: Service unavailable. Billing-verification responses include code and X-Billing-Verification; other gateway infrastructure failures use the generic GatewayError shape.
- `default`: Gateway or handler error response.
