`GET /api/economic/v1/get-energy-crisis-policies`

GetEnergyCrisisPolicies retrieves government policy responses to the 2026 energy crisis from the IEA tracker.

    - `sector` string: Affected sector: transport, buildings, industry, electricity, agriculture, general.
    - `measure` string: Description of the policy measure.
    - `dateAnnounced` string: Date announced in ISO-8601 (YYYY-MM-DD) format.
    - `status` string: Status of the policy: active, planned, or ended.
  - `updatedAt` string: UTC ISO-8601 timestamp when this data was last updated.
  - `unavailable` Unavailable (unresolved $ref)

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation error
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `403`: API access requires an active subscription (the API key's subscription is inactive or expired).
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded.
- `503`: Service unavailable. Billing-verification responses include code and X-Billing-Verification; other gateway infrastructure failures use the generic GatewayError shape.
- `default`: Gateway or handler error response.
