# GetAirportOpsSummary

`GET /api/aviation/v1/get-airport-ops-summary`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.worldmonitor.app`

- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-WorldMonitor-Key`
  - API key in header `X-Api-Key`

GetAirportOpsSummary returns watched-airport operational health, including delay percentages, average delay minutes, cancellation rates and closure status.

## Response `200`

OK

- WorldmonitorAviationV1GetAirportOpsSummaryResponse: GetAirportOpsSummaryResponse contains operational summaries for requested airports.
  - `summaries` WorldmonitorAviationV1AirportOpsSummary[]
    - `iata` string: IATA airport code.
    - `icao` string: ICAO airport code.
    - `name` string: Airport name.
    - `timezone` string: IANA timezone (e.g., "Europe/Istanbul").
    - `delayPct` number, double: Percentage of flights currently delayed (0-100).
    - `avgDelayMinutes` integer: Average delay in minutes across delayed flights.
    - `cancellationRate` number, double: Cancellation rate as a percentage (0-100).
    - `totalFlights` integer: Total flights in the observation window.
    - `closureStatus` boolean: Whether the airport is currently closed.
    - `notamFlags` string[]
    - `severity` Severity (unresolved $ref)
    - `topDelayReasons` string[]
    - `source` string: Data source identifier.
    - `updatedAt` integer: Warning: Values > 2^53 may lose precision in JavaScript
  - `cacheHit` boolean: Whether the response was served from cache.

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation error
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key.
- `403`: API access requires an active subscription (the API key's subscription is inactive or expired).
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded.
- `503`: Service unavailable. Billing-verification responses include code and X-Billing-Verification; other gateway infrastructure failures use the generic GatewayError shape.
- `default`: Gateway or handler error response.
