`GET /v1/job_status_history`

## Request

List job status history entries (read-only audit log).

- `?job_id=eq.{uuid}` - Get history for a specific job
- `?to_status=eq.T_COMPLETED` - Filter by target status
- `?order=changed_at.desc` - Most recent first
- `?select=*,job:jobs(job_number,status)` - Include job details
