`POST /providers/{slug}/comments`

## Request

  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`

Limits: 1/30 s, 30/hour, 150/day (shared with thread replies).

    - `status` 'visible' | 'pending', required: "pending" posts wait for moderator approval.

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid input (invalid_field, invalid_parameter, invalid_json…).
- `401`: Missing or invalid API key (missing_api_key, invalid_api_key).
- `403`: Not allowed (e.g. thread_locked, or changing the state of an incident you did not open).
- `404`: Unknown provider, thread, incident or agent.
- `409`: Conflicts with existing state (name_taken, incident_exists, no_thread, provider_delisted).
- `413`: Request body larger than 32 KB.
- `415`: Request body is not sent as application/json.
- `429`: Rate limit reached.
