`GET /api/v1/sessions`

## Request

List sessions for the authenticated organization, with optional filters.

Enriches each session with its latest result status, rejection reason,
and risk level via batch queries to avoid N+1 overhead.

Returns:
    Paginated envelope with session summaries.
