# List Documents Endpoint

`GET /api/v1/documents`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.withverifa.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)

List documents for the organization with optional filters.

When ``standalone=true``, only standalone documents (not attached to a
verification session) are returned. The dashboard defaults to this so
users don't see session-captured ID photos alongside their standalone
uploads.
