`GET /usage`

## Request

List billable vehicle and backfill usage for an application by ISO month.

## Query parameters

- `month` string, required: ISO month in YYYY-MM format
- `cursor` string, cursor

## Headers

- `X-Application-Id` string

## Response `200`

OK

- UsageResponse: Billable usage for an application in an ISO month.
  - `results` UsageRow[], required
    - `connection` string, ulid, required
    - `vehicle` string, ulid, required: Unique identifier for the vehicle in Terminal.
    - `backfillUnitCount` integer
  - `next` string, cursor

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `403`: Forbidden
- `429`: Too Many Requests
- `500`: Internal Server Error
- `504`: Gateway Timeout Error
