`POST /v1/webhooks/{id}:test`

Answers the delivery once it is settled, waiting up to Prefer: wait=N seconds (10 when omitted): its state, the HTTP status your endpoint answered, the error and how long it took. Works while the webhook is off. Ten a minute.
