# Restore a dismissed or addressed health alert

`POST /cohorts/{id}/health-alerts/restore`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.production.yourmedley.com`
- URL: `https://api.production.yourmedley.com/cohorts/{id}/health-alerts/restore`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Removes the dismissal record (soft-delete) so the alert becomes active again. Does not re-open any previously addressed participant flags.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, uuid, required

## Request body

  - `ruleKey` string, required: The rule key of the alert to restore
  - `entityId` string, required: The entity ID associated with the alert (UUID or composite key)

## Response `200`

Alert restored successfully

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `404`: Cohort not found
