# Dismiss an on-track improvement item

`POST /cohorts/{id}/health-alerts/dismiss-improvement`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Manually dismiss a health improvement item from the On Track section (MED-418). This hides the item from future health summary responses.

- `id` string, uuid, required

## Request body

  - `historyId` string, uuid, required: The health_alert_history record ID to dismiss

## Response `200`

Improvement item dismissed successfully

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request - historyId is required
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `404`: Cohort not found
