# Mark a health alert as addressed

`POST /cohorts/{id}/health-alerts/address`

Marks a health alert as addressed with an optional note. Also addresses the corresponding participant flag if one exists.

## Path parameters

- `id` string, uuid, required

## Request body

- object
  - `ruleKey` string, required
  - `entityId` string, required: Entity ID (UUID or composite key)
  - `note` string: Optional note about how the concern was addressed
  - `triggerSnapshot` object

## Response `200`

Alert marked as addressed

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `404`: Cohort not found
