# Send announcement emails to all active participants

`POST /cohorts/{id}/announcement-email/send`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.production.yourmedley.com`
- URL: `https://api.production.yourmedley.com/cohorts/{id}/announcement-email/send`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Resolves merge tags per participant and sends individualized announcement emails via Resend. Plain text body is converted to HTML for email rendering. Logs each send for audit purposes.
