# Clear the attendance of a 1:1 or check-in (MED-1360)

`DELETE /cohorts/{cohortId}/sessions/{sessionId}/attendance`

## Request

Undoes a wrong attendance mark. Resets each attendance row to pending in place (withdrawn rows stay withdrawn) and sets the session back to scheduled (unscheduled when it has no date). Refused when a payment for the session is already in Bill.com.

Attendance cleared

## Other responses

- `400`: Not a 1:1 session, or no attendance to clear
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `404`: Session not found
- `409`: A payment for the session is already in Bill.com
