# Add a participant to cohort

`POST /cohorts/{cohortId}/participants`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

Create a new participant enrollment. Creates user if email doesn't exist.

## Response `201`

Participant added successfully

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `404`: Cohort not found
- `409`: Participant already enrolled in cohort
- `422`: Validation error
