# Update concern flag status

`PATCH /cohorts/{cohortId}/participants/{participantId}/concern-flags/{flagId}`

## Request

Resolve or dismiss a participant concern flag. Resolving marks the flag as addressed with optional resolution notes. Dismissing marks it as dismissed.

  - `resolution_notes` string: Optional notes about the resolution
