`GET /cohorts/{cohortId}/participants/{participantId}/absence-follow-ups`

- Auth: HTTP bearer

MED-738: Returns the participant header context (name, group, coach) plus the full ordered list of pending and past absence follow-ups in this cohort — pending first (chronological newest-first), then past chronological newest-first. :participantId is the cohort_participant_id.
