# Get intake form completion statistics

`GET /cohorts/{cohortId}/intake/stats`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.production.yourmedley.com`
- URL: `https://api.production.yourmedley.com/cohorts/{cohortId}/intake/stats`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns statistics about intake form completion for the cohort.
Includes counts of sent, completed, pending, and not yet sent.

## Path parameters

- `cohortId` string, uuid, required

## Response `200`

Statistics retrieved successfully

  - `data` object
    - `total` integer: Total number of participants
    - `sent` integer: Number who received the form
    - `completed` integer: Number who completed the form
    - `pending` integer: Number who received but haven't completed
    - `not_sent` integer: Number who haven't received the form
    - `completion_rate` integer: Completion percentage (0-100)
    - `intake_form_id` string, nullable
    - `intake_configured_at` string, date-time, nullable

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `404`: Cohort not found
