# Configure intake form for cohort

`POST /cohorts/{cohortId}/intake/configure`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.production.yourmedley.com`
- URL: `https://api.production.yourmedley.com/cohorts/{cohortId}/intake/configure`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Configure the intake form for a cohort without sending emails.
This generates unique URLs with sgos_participant_id for each participant.
Use this to set up the form before sending, or to update the form selection.

- `cohortId` string, uuid, required

  - `form_id` string, required: Paperform form ID to configure

## Response `200`

Intake form configured successfully

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid form ID or form not found
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `404`: Cohort not found
