# Clear intake form configuration

`DELETE /cohorts/{cohortId}/intake/configure`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.production.yourmedley.com`
- URL: `https://api.production.yourmedley.com/cohorts/{cohortId}/intake/configure`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Clears the intake form configuration for a cohort by nulling intake_form_id,
intake_configured_at, and intake_configured_by on the cohorts table.
Does not affect previously sent intake emails or collected responses.

- `cohortId` string, uuid, required

Intake configuration cleared successfully
