# List follow-ups as one row per participant (Level 1)

`GET /cohorts/{cohortId}/attendance-follow-ups/participants`

Participant-centric view of the attendance follow-ups queue for a cohort. Each returned row represents one participant anchored to their primary follow-up (pending first, else most recent past), with aggregate counts for pending/sent/skipped follow-ups across the cohort and group membership so the Level 1 "Group by: Session | Group" toggle can pivot client-side. Supports the same session_id and status filters as the flat queue list.
