# Get cohorts needing attention

`GET /api/dashboard/attention-items`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.production.yourmedley.com`
- URL: `https://api.production.yourmedley.com/api/dashboard/attention-items`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns health alerts for all LIVE cohorts grouped by severity (risk and monitor). Computes health on-the-fly and excludes dismissed alerts.
