# Per-group participant rotation rationale (MED-1009 / E4.0e AC5)

`GET /api/cohorts/{cohortId}/sessions/leader-rotation-participants`

## Request

Returns, per group in a peer_led cohort, every participant's
intake-derived rotation rationale: IvsE average, prep-preference
average, topic-excitement selections (mapped to the group's session
numbers), prior coaching/leadership experience (a boolean plus the raw
selections), and the free-text availability note.

This is a read-only presentation layer over the SAME scores the E4.0c
rotation algorithm consumes — values are recomputed from each
participant's latest intake `form_submissions.raw_payload` on demand,
so they match the numbers the algorithm used. Backs the Participants
subpage and the refined Schedule drawer.

"Sessions assigned" is NOT returned here — the FE derives it from the
phase-aware proposal/grid state so it tracks the Schedule grid.

Gated by the `live_session_delivery` feature flag.

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `404`: Feature flag is off OR cohort has no group_coaching modality.
