# Get upcoming sessions for the coach

`GET /api/coach/sessions/upcoming`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.production.yourmedley.com`
- URL: `https://api.production.yourmedley.com/api/coach/sessions/upcoming`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Returns the next 5 upcoming sessions (attendance not yet submitted) for the coach's assigned groups, sorted by `scheduled_start` ascending.

MED-781: Each row includes `participant_count` (group_members count) so the dashboard's Needs Attention rail can render group size for the Starts Today and Prep Needed cards without an extra fetch.

  - `participant_count` integer: Number of non-deleted members in the session's group
  - `live_session_delivery_enabled` boolean: MED-1181 — session cohort's group_coaching Live Session Delivery gate; the Starts Today / Prep Needed cards AND this with the global flag.
