# Upload the logged-in coach's own avatar

`POST /api/coach/profile/avatar`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.production.yourmedley.com`
- URL: `https://api.production.yourmedley.com/api/coach/profile/avatar`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Allows coaches to upload or replace their profile avatar image. Accepts JPEG, PNG, GIF, and WebP formats up to 5MB.

## Request body `multipart/form-data`

- object
  - `avatar` string, binary, required: Avatar image file (JPEG, PNG, GIF, or WebP, max 5MB)

## Response `200`

Avatar uploaded successfully

  - `success` boolean
  - `data` object
    - `avatar_url` string: Signed URL to the uploaded avatar

## Other responses

- `400`: No file provided or invalid file type
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `404`: Coach profile not found
