# List users by persona for impersonation dropdown

`GET /api/auth/users-by-persona/{persona}`

## Request

Returns active users with the specified persona. Admin-only endpoint.

## Path parameters

- `persona` 'internal_user' | 'coach' | 'participant' | 'partner', required

## Response `200`

List of users with the specified persona

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid persona or cannot list admin users
- `403`: Not authorized
