# Get the account

`GET /v1/account`

## Request

The signed-in user, their workspace and role in it, the workspace's plan (and when a trial ends) and its agent credits: the balance, the monthly allowance and the packages an owner can buy. Use it to tell when a request needs a paid plan or more credits.

  - `billingURL` string, required: The workspace's billing page
  - `credits` AccountCredits: Agent credits, spent by the editor agent, AI generation and auto capture. Absent when credits aren't set up for the workspace.
    - `balance` number, required: Agent credits left
    - `canPurchase` boolean, required: Whether you can buy more (workspace owners only)
    - `monthlyAllowance` number: Credits the plan grants each month
    - `packages` AccountCreditPackage[], required
      - `credits` number, required: Credits in the package
      - `id` string, required: Package ID
      - `priceCents` number, required: Price in US cents
  - `plan` AccountPlan, required
    - `cancelsAtPeriodEnd` boolean, required
    - `name` 'free' | 'pro' | 'premium' | 'enterprise' | 'enterprise-premium', required: The workspace's plan. Any paid plan exports in 4K; 60 FPS needs Premium (or Pro for videos up to 5 minutes).
    - `status` string: Stripe subscription status: active, trialing, past_due, … Absent on Free.
    - `trialEndsAt` string: When the trial ends, while trialing (ISO 8601)
  - `user` object, required
    - `email` string, required
    - `id` string, required

  - `workspace` object, required

    - `role` 'owner' | 'member' | 'viewer': Your role in the workspace

## Other responses

- `400`: The request was malformed or contained invalid parameters.
- `401`: Authentication is required. Provide a valid API key.
- `403`: You don't have permission to access this resource.
- `404`: The requested resource was not found.
- `409`: The request conflicts with the resource's current state, e.g. an Idempotency-Key whose first request is still in progress. Retry once it settles.
- `429`: You have exceeded the rate limit. Please slow down.
- `500`: An unexpected error occurred
- `501`: The requested operation is not implemented.
- `503`: A dependency was unavailable and the request was not executed. Safe to resend unchanged after the Retry-After delay.
