# Search Contacts

`GET /v1/api/contacts`

## Request

**Deprecated.** Use `POST /v2/api/crm/people/search` instead. This endpoint still responds, but it is no longer maintained and is not part of the current API reference.

Search and filter contacts with sorting and pagination support. Returns contacts with engagement level information.

      - `is_archived` boolean: Whether the contact is archived

      - `numbers` string[]: List of phone numbers
      - `is_whitelisted` boolean: Whether the contact is whitelisted
      - `last_activity_date` string, date-time, nullable: Date of the last activity
      - `engagement` 'ENGAGED' | 'COOLING' | 'COLD', nullable: Engagement level of the contact
    - `metadata` PaginationMeta, nullable: Pagination metadata wrapper for contacts endpoint

        - `current_page` integer

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized - Invalid or missing API key
- `403`: Forbidden - API key lacks required scope
- `429`: Too Many Requests - Rate limit exceeded
