# Show Media Form Conversions

`GET /analytics/medias/{mediaId}/conversions`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.wistia.com/modern`
- URL: `https://api.wistia.com/modern/analytics/medias/{mediaId}/conversions`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Retrieve form conversion data for a video. Returns a paginated list of form
submissions with visitor details and timestamps.

The date range between `start_date` and `end_date` must not exceed 2 years.


## Requires api token with one of the following permissions

Read detailed stats
```

Tokens with the "Act with a team member's permissions" permission
(`all:delegate_to_contact_permissions` scope) can also be used. Requests
made with such a token are authorized using the permissions of the
contact assigned to the token.

An [expiring access token](https://docs.wistia.com/reference/post_expiring-token)
created with the `all:delegate_to_contact_permissions` scope and an
authorization granting the `view-stats` permission on this media can also
be used.

- `mediaId` string, required: The hashed ID of the media (e.g., "4d23503f70")

## Response `200`

Success response with form conversion data.

    - `first_name` string, nullable: The first name of the form submitter.
    - `last_name` string, nullable: The last name of the form submitter.
    - `email` string, nullable: The email address of the form submitter.
    - `converted_at` string, date-time: The timestamp when the form was submitted in ISO 8601 format.
    - `custom_fields` object[]: The custom form field responses submitted with this conversion (text, dropdown, and single-checkbox fields).
      - `label` string: The label of the custom form field.
      - `value` string: The value the visitor submitted for this custom form field.
  - `page_info` object
    - `has_next_page` boolean: Whether there are more results after this page.
    - `has_previous_page` boolean: Whether there are results before this page.
    - `end_cursor` string, nullable: Cursor to use for fetching the next page.
    - `start_cursor` string, nullable: Cursor to use for fetching the previous page.

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Unauthorized, invalid or missing token
- `403`: Forbidden, token is valid but account does not have access to feature
- `404`: Media not found or does not belong to account
- `500`: Internal server error
- `503`: Analytics service is temporarily unavailable
