`POST /plans`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.cloud.wispro.co/api/v1`

Crear un plan

## Request body

- object
  - `name` string, required: Nombre del plan
  - `cir` number, float: Porcentaje de ancho de banda a garantizar a cada contrato
  - `ceil_down_kbps` integer, required: Bajada máxima expresada en kbps
  - `ceil_up_kbps` integer, required: Subida máxima expresada en kbps
  - `price` number, float, required: Precio que tendrá el plan
  - `frequency_in_months` integer: Lapso de tiempo en el que se crearán las facturas
