# Estimate bank transfer

`POST /api/v2/bank/transfer/estimate`

## Request

Estimates the amounts that would be charged for a bank transfer according to the current market rates.

- RequestBankEstimateTransferRequestV2
  - `account_id` string, required: Id of the bank account that should be used for the operation
  - `amount` number, required: Fiat amount in currency of the account that should be transferred
  - `recipient` RequestRecipientInfo
    - `company_name` string: Name of the company the recipient is associated with (<span style="color:red">MUST</span> be provided if recipient is a **company/business**)
    - `first_name` string: First name of the recipient (<span style="color:red">MUST</span> be provided if recipient is a **person**)
    - `last_name` string: Last name of the recipient (<span style="color:red">MUST</span> be provided if recipient is a **person**)
  - `recipient_account` RequestRecipientAccount
    - `account_number` string: Account number of the recipient's bank account (<span style="color:red">MUST</span> be provided if **FasterPayment of ACH** account is used for the transfer)
    - `bank_name` string: Bank name of the recipient's bank account for **ACH** transfers.
    - `bic` string: BIC of the recipient's bank account (<span style="color:red">MUST</span> be provided if **Sepa or Swift** account is used for the transfer)
    - `clabe` string: CLABE of the recipient's bank account (<span style="color:red">MUST</span> be provided if **SPEI** account is used for the transfer)
    - `iban` string: IBAN of the recipient's bank account (<span style="color:red">MUST</span> be provided if **Sepa or Swift** account is used for the transfer)
    - `legal_address` RequestLegalAddress, required
      - `city` string, required: City of the recipient
      - `country` string, required: Country of the recipient
      - `line1` string, required: Street address of the recipient
      - `line2` string: Additional arbitrary address line of the recipient
      - `state` string: State or province of the recipient
      - `zip_code` string, required: Postal code of the recipient
    - `routing_number` string: Routing number of the recipient's bank account (<span style="color:red">MUST</span> be provided if **ACH** account is used for the transfer)
    - `sort_code` string: Sort code of the recipient's bank account (<span style="color:red">MUST</span> be provided if **FasterPayment** account is used for the transfer)
  - `reference` string: Comment that should be attached to the transfer
  - `tokens` string[]: A list of token addresses that the estimation should be done against. If not provided, estimation will be done against all tokens that are available for the corporation

  - `amount` number, required: Amount that would be transferred in account currency
  - `currency` string, required: Currency of the account that the amount would be transferred to
  - `estimated_amounts` ResponseEstimatedAmountResponse[]: List of estimated amounts for each requested token
    - `amount` number, required: Amount that would be transferred in token currency scaled to the precision of the token
    - `fee_amount` number: Fee amount charged for this estimate, scaled to the precision of the token. Empty when the upstream estimator does not report a per-token fee.
    - `fee_precise_amount` string: Fee amount charged for this estimate, in the smallest unit of the token. Empty when the upstream estimator does not report a per-token fee.
    - `precise_amount` string, required: Amount that would be transferred in token currency in the smallest unit of the token
    - `rate` number, required: Rate of the token to the account currency
    - `token_address` string, required: Address of the token that the amount is in
    - `token_symbol` string, required: Symbol of the token that the amount is in
  - `expires_at` integer, required: UTC timestamp when the estimation will expire
  - `id` string, required: Identifier of the estimation

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `500`: Internal Server Error
