# Issue plastic card

`POST /api/v1/cards/plastic`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api-business.wirexapp.com`
- URL: `https://api-business.wirexapp.com/api/v1/cards/plastic`
- Auth: API key in header `Authorization`

Issues a plastic card for the specified user and sends it to the provided address.

## Request body `*/*`

- RequestCardIssuePlasticRequest
  - `card_name` string: Friendly name for the card that would be displayed to the user
  - `delivery_address` RequestCardDeliveryAddress, required
    - `city` string, required: City where the address is located
    - `country` string, required: Country where the address is located
    - `line1` string, required: Line 1 of the address (e.g. house number and street)
    - `line2` string: Line 2 of the address (e.g. apartment, suite, unit, building, floor, etc.)
    - `postal_code` string, required: Zip/postal code of the address
    - `state` string: State where the address is located
  - `delivery_provider` string: Courier service that should be used to deliver the card
  - `employee_id` string: Employee id that should be associated with the card
  - `name_on_card` string: Name that should be printed on the card
  - `payment_transaction_hash` string: Transaction hash in bounds of which the card issuance fees were paid (<span style="color:red">MUST</span> be provided in case order/delivery fees are in place)

OK

  - `id` string, required: Identifier of the card that was issued

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `500`: Internal Server Error
