# Client-side create user

`POST /api/v1/user/retail`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api-baas.wirexapp.com`
- URL: `https://api-baas.wirexapp.com/api/v1/user/retail`
- Auth: API key in header `X-Chain-Id` and API key in header `Authorization` and API key in header `Identity`

Creates a new user in the Wirex system using client side Privy SDK authorization.

## Request body `*/*`

- RequestUserCreateUserRetailRequest
  - `country` string: The residence country of the user. This should be an Alpha-2 code. (e.g., US, GB, DE)
  - `referrer_address` string: EOA address of the user who referred this user

## Response `200`

OK

- ResponseIdResponse
  - `id` string, required: Identifier of the created entity

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `500`: Internal Server Error
