Exchange client credentials for Wirex Partner access token

## Request body

- RequestOAuth2TokenRequest
  - `audience` string
  - `client_id` string
  - `client_secret` string
  - `grant_type` string

## Response `200`

OK

- ResponseOAuth2TokenResponse
  - `access_token` string, required: AccessToken is the signed JWT token
  - `expires_at` integer, required: ExpiresAt is the token lifetime in seconds
  - `token_type` string, required: TokenType is always "Bearer"

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad Request
- `401`: Unauthorized
- `429`: Too Many Requests
