The chaos settings

- object
  - `chaos` ChaosSettings: Chaos testing settings for introducing random failures into mock API responses.
    - `enabled` boolean: Master switch to enable or disable chaos testing.
    - `percentageFailures` number, double: Percentage of requests that should receive a failure response.
    - `socketClose` object: Randomly close the socket without sending a response.
      - `enabled` boolean
    - `socketReset` object: Randomly reset the socket connection.
      - `enabled` boolean
    - `invalidHttp` object: Randomly return an invalid HTTP response.
      - `enabled` boolean
    - `longDelay` object: Randomly introduce a long delay before responding.
      - `enabled` boolean
      - `durationMillis` integer: Duration of the delay in milliseconds.
    - `httpErrors` object[]: HTTP error status codes to randomly return.
      - `status` integer: HTTP status code (400-599).
