# Export email users to CSV

`POST /v1/export`

## Request

Export email users to a CSV file in various formats compatible with popular
email outreach tools. The CSV is uploaded to S3 and a presigned download URL
is returned. The URL expires after `expires_in` seconds (15 minutes); the CSV
holds plaintext mailbox passwords, so the link is deliberately short-lived.
Download it straight away, and run the export again for a fresh link.

**Pre-filled sequencer settings:** formats with a per-mailbox daily sending
limit column are pre-filled with 15 cold emails per mailbox per day (or the
mailbox's own daily send limit, if that is lower). Formats with a sequencer
warmup on/off column export it as `FALSE`, since Winnr runs its own warming.

**Rate Limit:** This endpoint is heavily rate limited to 1 request per 5 seconds
per account to prevent abuse, as export operations are resource-intensive.

**Supported Formats** (see `GET /v1/export/formats`): `default`, `smartlead`,
`instantly`, `snov`, `saleshandy`, `plusvibe`, `emailbison`, `manyreach`, `warmy`,
`warmysender`, `reply.io`, `smartreach`, `reachinbox`, `masterinbox`, `leadengine`,
`woodpecker`, `maillead`, `salesforge`, `aicloser`, `sendkit`, `mailshake`, `pipelime`.

## Request body

- ExportRequest
  - `format` string, required: Export format (e.g., smartlead, instantly, hubspot)
  - `domains` string[]: Optional list of domains to filter by (exports only users from these domains)
  - `get_all` boolean: If true, exports all email users across all domains

Export successful

    - `download_url` string, uri, nullable: Presigned S3 URL to download the CSV. Expires after `expires_in` seconds. Null when no email users matched.
    - `format` string: The export format used
    - `count` integer: Number of email users exported
    - `expires_in` integer: Seconds until `download_url` stops working (15 minutes). Run the export again for a fresh link.
    - `message` string: Present when no email users matched the request
  - `meta` Meta
    - `request_id` string
    - `timestamp` string, date-time

## Other responses

- `400`: Validation error
- `401`: Authentication required or token invalid
- `429`: Export rate limit exceeded (1 per 5 seconds)
