# Get manual DNS records

`GET /v1/domains/{domain_id}/dns-records`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.winnr.app`
- URL: `https://api.winnr.app/v1/domains/{domain_id}/dns-records`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Get the expected DNS records for a manual-setup domain.
Only available for domains with dns_provider="manual".
Returns "pending" status if mailbox provisioning is still in progress.

      - `type` string: Record type (A, MX, TXT, CNAME)
      - `host` string: Record hostname
      - `value` string: Record value
      - `ttl` integer
      - `purpose` string: Purpose (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, SES). `SES` records are the identity/DKIM/MAIL-FROM records for a manual-DNS domain assigned a ses* transport. They must be published for the SES identity to verify; until then the domain keeps routing via transport=local.

## Other responses

- `400`: Domain is not a manual DNS domain
- `401`: Authentication required or token invalid
- `404`: Resource not found
